GCNA's GHOULY PARK HALLOWEEN

The Gold Coast Neighbors Association will be holding its annual "Ghouly Park" Halloween event this Saturday, October 31st from 4 to 7 PM at Goudy Park. This spooktacular event is welcome to all princesses, heroes, witches and goblins for an afternoon of festivities.

HALLOWEEN GATHERING SPECTACLE PARADE

What better way to show off your Halloween costume than at a ghostly parade? This year Chicago will march down Columbus Dr from Balbo to Monroe between 6 and 8 PM on Halloween night. This is said to be a grande parade led by Chicago's "Creative Spirit Fellows" and followed by performances, music and costumes with a Thriller Dance Mob finale.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

A new condo building is coming to town, and it's called the "101 North". In place of Elly's Pancake House, this 10-story building will be located at the corner of North Avenue and Clark Street. Below you can see a mock of the building's facade and a floor plan for one of the units already on the market at $2.48 million.
